Scrabble is an indoor game that can be played by a maximum of four players and it has been popular over decades. It was introduced by Alfred Mosher Butts in 1938 but credit must also be given to his business partner who changed the name from Lexico and later Criss-cross words to SCRABBLE.
The objective of the game of scrabble is to play tiles marked with letters on a 15×15 grid to form words, increase scores and hopefully win the game. In the process of playing the game often, a player’s vocabulary power is increased as well as the techniques and strategies that are used.
This book is divided into three sections namely: Specific articles (96 titles) and most of the titles start with poetic verses that are pertinent, educational in nature and written in an interesting way. The General articles (14 titles) are also mostly written in poetic verses. The final section is Tips for keeps (30 tips) that can greatly help new players. There are also pointers on how to use this book.
